What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Items are non-returnable and final sale due to their handmade nature. If you have a problem with your item please contact me within 4 days of receiving it so we can work it out :)

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Of course! I ship everywhere :)

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated for you on the checkout page, but here is a breakdown:
Standard Shipping: to the US is $7.50. Within Canada is $7.00. Everywhere else is $8.00
Small Shipping (little items): to the US is $3.50. Within Canada is $3.00. Everywhere else is $4.50

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are shipped from Ontario Canada. Orders to the United States normally take 10-12 business days to arrive. Orders within Canada usually take 3-7 days. Overseas orders can take up to 20 days to arrive. I strive to ship items the day after your payment is made. Custom orders will have a longer turnaround time and can be discussed. Prints ordered from my shop take a few days to process before shipping.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes I occasionally do custom commissioned orders. I have a custom deer/fawn listing that is always up in my shop. If you would like to talk about a different kind of custom order, feel free to contact me!

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
